7 DOUBLE CAUSEWAY 11 HAMMERHED 3 GOOD OMEN 1 VENCEDOR
Summary: DOUBLE CAUSEWAY (7) was friendless in the betting on debut but from a wide draw was only two lengths off the winner. He has a better draw here, the experience and step up in trip will be in his favour. HAMMERHEAD (11) has a tricky draw to negotiate and although a well beaten third last time out is was a much improved effort on his debut and should be competitive. GOOD OMEN (3) has shown some recent improvement in blinkers and can feature while VENCEDOR (1) struggling but has the best of the draw and goes well this trip. (Andrew Harrison: 7-11-3-1).

Summary: LADYOFDISTINCTION (3) has shown top class ability. She was badly in need of her last run coming off a lengthy break and that effort should see her close to her peak. Going on ratings, LIMITLESS SKY (5) should be difficult to beat. She has gained her rating in Graded company which could be a little misleading. She is not slouch and should be competitive. SIESTA SUNSET (1) has solid form over sprints and steps up in trip. She has the best of the draw and if staying the trip will be a factor. AMELIA’S LEGACY (7) shed her maiden in fine style from a wide draw. Kegan de Melo with his Hong Kong experience will prove in valuable. (Andrew Harrison: 3-5-7-1).

3 SALANI KAHLE 9 WINDOW TO MY SOUL 2 CARNIVAL PARK 1 INTRO
Summary: SALANI KAHLE (3) raced green in s promising debut. That experience and the step up in trip should see him close in a modest maiden field. CARNIVAL PARK (2) was a beaten favourite last outing. He is struggling to shed his maiden but is never far back over course and distance. WINDOW TO MY SOUL (9) was a close-up second on the poly last run. He has steady form over the trip prior to that and should be involved. INTRO (1) is hardly ever out of the money and her best recent form has been on the turf on this course. (Andrew Harrison: 3-9-2-1).

Summary: PIED PIPER (9) made a smart handicap debut on the poly. His maiden form has been franked and the switch back to the turf could see him go in for his second win. COUNCILLOR (11) shed her maiden on the poly when taking on males. She has improved with each outing and the blinkers go on. PHAKA IMALI (12) has consistent form over shorter and the step up in trip bring see the best out of him. MOHANDAS (10) is seldom far back and has a strong money chance once again. RACE 5
7 BRUH 4 GOTTA GO EDDIE 3 EL DANTE 2 HIGH QUEUE
Summary: Tricky. BRUH (7) showed up well last start. He has taken on much stronger since shedding his maiden. He may well have needed his last run and gets a 2.5kg claimer aboard . GOTTA GO EDDIE (4) has not been out of the money in nine starts. He was a well beaten favourite on the poly last run but the step up in distance back on the turf should suit. EL DANTE (3) seldom puts in a disappointing effort in spite of is age. He steps up in trip but can feature prominently. GURKHA (8) has been sent back from the Cape after two modest efforts. The change could bring out the best as he has shown some ability. HIGH QUEUE (2) has been improving nicely since arriving in KZN but judged on riding arrangements he looks to be the second choice for stable rider Sean Veale. (Andrew Harrison: 7-4-3-2).

2 POSITION OF POWER 3 ICY BLAST 11 SOHO STAR 5 AFRICAN SKYLINE
Summary: POSITION OF POWER (2) is lightly raced and has not been out of the first two in four starts. He faces a lot stronger here but still looks to be under the handicappers radar. ICY BLAST (3) was not disgraced behind the progressive Mahor Tommie last outing. His latest win was over course and distance and he can follow up. SOHO STAR (11) has drawn wide but goes very well over course and distance and high highly consistent. With a smart 4kg claimer up he should be competitive. AFRICAN SKYLINE (5) has enjoyed the drop in trip and with a 4kg claimer aboard he should be competitive. (Andrew Harrison: 2-3-11-5).

3 TURBO TWENTY 2 SIGN OF FATE 5 ROYAL SWORD 4 TARGARYEN
Summary: Open handicap. TURBO TWENTY (3) has shown up well in two starts since arriving from the Cape. He is down in class and gets a more seasoned rider so should be competitive. SIGN OF FATE (2) is back on turf and seldom runs a bad race. She has good form over the trip and has a smart 4kg claimer aboard. ROYAL SWORD (5) is lightly raced and was not disgraced in his handicap debut. He has a handy weight and has a chance. TARGARYEN KNIGHT (4) also showed up well in his handicap debut. He had consistent form leading into that race and gets Rachel Venniker’s 1.5 kg allowance. (Andrew Harrison: 3-2-5-4).

1 TREATY OF PARIS 8 GO GRAYSON GO 11 WICCAN WARRIOR 2 KITCHAKAL
Summary: TREATY OF PARIS (1) is still improving and his last win was not out of turn. He has a handy galloping weight from the best of the draw he can go in again. WICCAN WARRIOR (11) has been coming to form with each outing. He has draw wide but looks the pick of the Gareth van Zyl runners with IMPOSING (9) having stepped up another six points in the handicap. GO GRAYSON GO (8) is never far off and was close-up in a recent feature. He has to give weight but looks more than capable. KITCHAKAL (2) is seldom far off and has a chance if things go his way. RACE 9
9 GOLDEN ANGEL 2 SAINT BRIGID 8 MS GALORE 4 DE VLUGGE
Summary: GOLDEN ANGEL (9) comes off an easy win in PE but has some steady Cape form before that. With a 4kg claimer up she should have a strong chance in this line-up. MS GALORE (8) is still a maiden but does seem better than her form would suggest. Given some luck in running she should be competitive in an open event. SAINT BRIGID (2) has shown up well in two starts since arriving from the Cape. She has a much more favourable draw now and goes well this trip. DE VLUGGE (4) is in smart form for her new stable but does have a big weight in spite of Rachel Venniker’s allowance. (Andrew Harrison: 9-2-8-4).
