Phumelela appoints new General Manager for Eastern Cape
PHUMELELA is pleased to announce the appointment of Luciano Passerini as General Manager of Eastern Cape Racing.
Passerini takes over from Mike Greef, who has joined Gold Circle as Regional Racing Director in the Western Cape.
A passionate racing enthusiast and horse owner, Passerini has been a keen breeder for over 20 years, and currently serves on the Eastern Cape local programming committee.
