The inaugural Gold Cup Festival will bring the curtain down on the 2017 South African Champions Season with two days of top class racing at Greyville racecourse on Saturday July 29 and Sunday July 30.
The first day of the festival, Saturday July 29, will feature: The Darley Arabian (Listed); the Umgeni Handicap (Listed); the Gold Bracelet (Grade 2); and the Champions Cup (Grade 1).
Day two, Sunday July 30, will feature: the Premiers Champion Stakes (Grade 1); the Thekwini Stakes (Grade 1); the Umkhomazi Stakes (Grade 3); The Debutante (Grade 3) and the Elan Gold Cup (Grade 3).
