2. SELECTION PROCESS
What is Gold Circle looking for in our agents? Our selection of respective agents is based on an assessment of overall business experience and personal qualifications. We look for individuals with good “common business sense”, a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop people and a history of previous success in business. Our agents also need to demonstrate the following qualifications :-

An entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to succeed.

A proven ability to motivate people.

The ability to manage finances.

A willingness too personally devote time and effort to the operation of
running a TAB agency.

The selection of new agents is an important decision involving an extensive approval process. Not everyone who applies for an agency will meet the criteria to be a TAB agent. 4. TRAINING PROGRAM
All new agents and/or their staff will undergo an intensive training program. This is usually conducted at our head office or at one of our many branches. The training includes a full and comprehensive explanation of our various products as well as hands-on experience in the operation of terminals. A strong emphasizes is also placed on the customer relation side of your business.
