MIKE DE KOCK

The Gold Circle Trainer Achiever Award for the month of March have been awarded to Mike de Kock

Trainer Mike de Kock rounded off a very successful the Dubai Carnival in fine style with Musir and the filly Raihana finishing first and second respectively in the UAE Derby, his fifth winner of this race, and Lizard’s Desire failing narrowly in the $10 Dubai World Cup.

On the home front his stable landed 12 winners for the month of March, double that of nearest rival Duncan Howells. De Kock’s Summerveld stable, under the care of Nathan Kotzen, is rarely short of winners with a four-timer and a treble during the month.
