BART RICE

The Gold Circle Trainer Achiever Award for the month of April have been awarded to Bart Rice.

The season is heating up and visiting trainers have moved in making things more difficult for the local conditioners. But the “locals” did themselves proud and Dennis Drier managed seven winners while Michael Roberts and Kumaran Naidoo each had six.

Bart Rice, a young trainer with a relatively small string, held his own on a very competitive stage against top stables to secure four winners – a performance worthy of recognition with the monthly trainer award.
